Whattup fam! Last night @ Level 3 was pretty crazy! It was the shoe release party for Fanny Pak's (MTV's America's best Dance Crew Season 2) new shoe called the Milkshake. The party was crackin and filled with alot of dancers and familiar faces in the crowd including members of ASIID, Super Cr3w, Kaba Modern, Jabbawockeez, as well as a special dj set from Supreme Soul's own RJ. You already know the Halo Halo Boyz were in the building! I was set to hop on the turntables @ 1:15am to close out the night. I remembered the homies the New Boyz were just down the street doing a performance at Element so I thought I would shoot them a text to come thru and rock the night with me. At about 12:45 they came thru and I took them straight to the VIP. Its crazy because not many people recognize them yet, even though they have the number one song in L.A. right now. Before I started my set, I had my man Ben J. introduce me and get the crowd pumped as hell. Once he said he was from the New Boyz, the crowd went bananas! "You guys are now rockin with the OFFICIAL DJ OF THE NEW BOYZ, DJ A_RON! DROP THAT SHIT!" After he said that, I dropped "You're A Jerk" and the ceiling blew off of the place! Shouts out to the homies Legacy and Ben J. for coming thru and introducing your boy! We got alot of big thangs coming up with myself and the New Boyz, so stay tuned! We ended off the night with some grub @ Kitchen 24 off of Cahuenga and Hollywood Blvd. The food is always on point here but the turkey sandwhich I ordered wasnt what I expected, with french toast as the bread =/ I ran into the homegirl Vanessa Valdez over there too, congrats to her for making it as a Maxim Magazine Hometown Hottie semi finalist, we got a project we're going to be working on together next week with A_RON TV for Maxim. I sat at my table and bbm'd her "Good seeing you homie! I miss your ass! Well not your ass, but I miss you!" and she writes back "You don't miss my ASS?" Hahaha I thought that was hillarious as hell! Headed back to the long ass drive to Victorville and pulled up in the driveway at 5:10am while the sun was coming up. Shouts to the homie's Jay and Dj for rollin with me. Tonight we in Hollywood again @ The Highlands for Lan's Birthday and a performance by Super Cr3w! Another crazy Hollywood night filled with a shit load of dancers!
